Mr. Caine, an independent producer,  currently works with G. Anthony Joseph and Tritan-Northstar Entertainment on securing financing & structuring financial models for their upcoming slate. Prior to that, he spent over ten years in different capacities (finance, accounting, distribution, and production) at some of the major studios including: MGM, Universal, Castle Rock and Spelling Entertainment. He learned valuable insight into the structure and process of studio production and distribution.  

Mr. Caine's extensive background and experience has allowed him to acquire the knowledge needed to set up and make independent productions that are of high creative content and make sense for the financiers from a fiscal standpoint. He recently produced with producer G. Anthony Joseph & Tritan Northstar Entertainment, THE ELIMINATOR, which starred Michael Rooker and was also consulting producer on Tritan-Northstar Entertainment's 2008 award winning feature film "CONTRACT KILLERS", (http://www.newswiretoday.com/news/43656/) which starred Nick Mancuso. Contract Killers went onto win several film festival awards (http://www.buzzine.com/2010/02/g-anthony-joseph-interview/) and was eventually picked up by First Look Studios for a Jan 2009 USA domestic release.  Contract Killers can now be seen on Showtime, TMC and Starz cable network.  

There is no doubt that Mr. Caine, with his new found foray into the field of independent productions, can translate years of industry knowledge and experience into practical producing techniques.
